64 3020 gas engine is locking up

I took a 64 model 3020 gas in on trade not running so I put a hot battery on it and I believe the starter needs some attention then I took the flywheel cover off to be sure the engine was free and it will turn 3/4 round before locking up so I removed the spark plugs and took valve cover off and the valves are free and the inside of engine is clean, the oil is good a little dirty but no signs of anti freeze and the radiator is full of anti freeze, I even unhooked the hydraulic pump coupler at front and still same results, this tractor has been sitting for 2 years I was told and possibly something wrong with reverse gears? The tractor is complete and has a nice 148 loader on , that’s why I traded so I know somebody on here will have a lot more knowledge than me about this issue, thanks again.

Did you push in the clutch to eliminate the transmission and most of the clutch?
No I was working by myself and turning the engine with a bar at the flywheel but I did move the shifter to the tow position to see if there was a change but I will before I remove the oil pan

Push down on clutch pedal then tie/block pedal down. If crankshaft still won't rotate 360° then I suggest to remove crankcase pan. If you need to remove balancer box it must be timed when reinstalled.

If still nothing improves once the balancer is gone then rod caps off

I have had a bent crank do exactly as you describe you will find it as you move on to pulling main bearing caps one by one

Jim I blocked the clutch pedal down tonight and the same result the engine locks up in the same spot so looks like I’ll remove the loader and pull the pan so I’ll be in touch, may take a while

40#s is the weight I'm locating.
Ok so I have a little more history on this 3020, the guy I got it from has had it for 2 years but he couldn't get it started and it was turning over fine at this time so it's been sitting in the yard so his Grandkids were playing with small rocks and putting them in the exhaust so my question is that anyway possible that something is on a piston or something else causing the engine to lock up, Is this possible? I would rather pull the head than the oil pan. Opinions please.
