'64 super dexta split questions

I'm still new to doing work on tractors. And I have some questions about how to proceed with fixing mine.
I have a 1964 Ford Super Dexta.
The reason why I split it in the first place was because it was leaking gear oil around the weep hole on the underside of the transmission.
It leaked down to about halfway empty and then stopped leaking from there.
I replaced the two paper gaskets around the input shaft. I don't know how to proceed from here.

The shop manual I'm using says that there's two "input shaft seals" in it. But I only know of the two paper gaskets around the retainers.
I think I bought the two rubber gaskets that say they're for the input shafts. But I see no way to put them on there.

I'd also like to know what to do about the throwout bearing. I have a new one, but I don't know how to put it in there.
How do I remove the old throwout bearing from it's sub-assembly? Do I need any special tools?

I can get pictures of what I have. But I don't know what to take pictures of.
I'm also not entirely sure what questions to ask. So any help is greatly appreciated.

I already know how to do the rear main rope seals, flywheel, and bolting up the clutch no problem.
I have a resurfaced flywheel, whole clutch assembly, rope seals, two rubber seals, and the paper gaskets that i've already installed.

The input shafts each have a seal. One for the main clutch and one for the PTO input. They are located in the housing you removed to replace the paper gasket. You need a manual for reference and pics.

I have a manual but I can't seem to find where those seals are in the retainer.
what should I be looking for?
I'm not even sure if the seals i have are the right ones. So I don't know if i can use those as an example of what to look for.

You will need to remove the throwout bearing assembly from its support. Slide it forward off the support after disconnecting the petal linkage. Then remove the bolts retaining the support to the transmission housing. The seals are located in the rear of the support. You should have already had this off when you serviced the paper gaskets. You can also do a search for an online Super Dexta parts manual. It will come up on a PDF that you can scroll through and find the clutch break down diagram that will show you all the parts and locations. Just enter all the info on your tractor.

I don’t know those tractors at all it looks like a 64 is the later mode so maybe they all had a live PTO with a two stage clutch which would require two seals. In the linked diagram parts 6 & 8. CNHI Super Dexta live PTO parts diagram
If by chance you don’t have a live PTO your setup is shown in this linked diagram. CNHi Super Dexta gear drive PTO diagram Number 31 looks like the seal you need to replace. It looks like it sets in the back part of the tube of part 26 the clutch release bearing support.

Not to confuse you any further, but my brother had a Ford 2000 that had a tranny leak. He asked me to replace the input seal after he split and cleaned it. Well, the thing still leaked, and short version I found the welch plug for one of the shift rails leaking. Something to look at for sure.
All input shaft seals are almost always pressed in the front bearing retainer, which would have either a gasket or an o ring between it and the front of the tranny. Mark.

I'll make sure to fill my transmission with gear oil and leave it for a couple days before i put the rest of the tractor together.
