640 crankshaft pulley

I have an early Ford 640 the belt groove has come loose from the crankshaft pulley hub. Has anyone experience this and how difficult is the repair?
 
Seen a few over the years. Just replace pulley, 4 bolts hold on. Been awhile thinking can be done without removing bolster. If has loader it gets a little more complicated.
