641 Bodywork Hardware Question

20 plus years since the bodywork has been in place on this 1957 Workmaster. Do these holes just get a sheet metal screw to hold these pieces in place?

If I remember right these are 10-24 x 1/2" stove bolts.

I think 41, 42, 43 - stack of 10-32 pan head hardware both ends.
