641 Radiator Fluid Level

I have an owners manual and shop manual. I don't find where the fluid level should be when checking it. Did I miss it or what? It has fluid capacity but that is all I find.
 

There have been many threads here about cooling system problems as indicated by losing coolant. most turn out ultimately to be due to an overfill. You want to have no more than 1/4 inch over the tube ends when cold.
