Good day! Recently bought the 641 but I'm not very familiar with this new breed! So far I have two questions. One: it will pop out of 4th gear. It stays in for a little then it just pops right out! Almost like it doesn't go in as deep as other gears? Two: oil pressure reads 80+ even after warmed up? I've purchased it about three weeks ago as a restored tractor in and out with only 288 hours.

Popping out of gear could be as simple as a sticking dent ball in the shiftier rails or a bearing going out. As for oil pressure it could have a bad gauge which I would swap out with another one

I'd also like to install a foot throttle since there is a loader on it. Anyone know where to find such a thing?

While the foot throttle was made aftermarket they are not very common. I have never found a reason for one on my 841S that has a loader on it

Nice looking tractor. I have used a foot throttle from Red Rock Manufactoring. Good stuff and nice people.

Since you bough it fully restored I suggest getting the seller over to look at it. Anything you do he could say that you screwed it up.

I’m with those you say you need to have this discussion with the individual that sold it to you as a “restored tractor in and out…”. Both of your tractor’s issues could be easy fixes or tough fixes.

Beautiful tractor. I just got my 641 and find myself daydreaming of a loader.
