65/66 JD hydraulic issues

Having issues with the hydraulics on my 65/66 JD 710. I have a bucket on the front travels up slowly when revved up. 3 point hitch occasionally will raise. Hydraulic oil is up, no noises coming from hydraulic pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
