Hey I have a 6610 Ford tractor I believe it is a 1991 model. I
have a miss and I?m thinking I have an injector acting up. I
was wondering if they have injector cups with coolant that
runs through them to have to worry about when I pull the
injectors? Also do the later 6610 Ford tractors not have lift
pumps? I do not see one anywhere on my tractor and I am
assuming the injection pump has it built in? If anyone can help
me I would really appreciate it. I am planning on doing more
diagnosing tomorrow by cracking injector lines to see if I can
pin point which cylinder it is. Some times it seems to be a
constant dead miss, then sometimes it seems to be
intermediate. It also seems like different rpms affect it some
also. Does not smoke much has a little haze when it?s
missing. I appreciate you guys always helping with my tractor
questions.
