6610S leaking hydraulics

My father in law has a 6610S that has recently got back from the person that borrowed it. On the way home his son noticed that the hydraulic lines on the right side were leaking badly close to the case. He could not find an inspection port. Is there one on this tractor? I'm a "N" person but kinda thought that a good idea like an inspection port would stick around.
He thinks he'll have to split the tractor to fix it but I think there should be a better way (like from underneath with the Ns). I'm 400 miles away now so I can't get a first hand look and would appreciate any suggestions or help you can offer.

can you give us any more info than that?

is this the priority line fo rhte power steering you are refering to.. IE.. the line running the side and slightly behind the trans? near the flange?

Hello soundguy,
According to my brother-in-law, there are two lines close to his right foot. He said he was driving it home when he noticed that it was leaking down the side and his right foot was soaked in fluid. He said he did not see any leakage from the hose connector to the case. He "thinks" that these are the transmission cooling lines but I don't think he looked too closely.

He is not a mechanic and my father-in-law is in his late 70s and not doing much mechanic work these days. The other son is the one that borrowed it and didn't maintain it. He said he looked for an access port but could not find one. I figured there would be one but maybe not. I wish I was 400 miles closer.

Thanks for reading this and your thoughts,
Gene

in the light, i'll take a pic of the right side of my 7610s and post it..then you can point out what lines you think they were talking about.

the 6610s and 7610s should be darn close.

also.. does this perhaps have a front loader using the rear remotes for hyd power? thus a couple lines run tot he back along the trans?

The first thing I asked was about a FEL but they do not have one and he said there were no connections for one. Thanks again for your help, Gene
