Pony was change to electric starter looks like some one used a kit but does not have a vent tube does it
need one

What vent tube are you writing about?? Assuming you mean crankcase.

Mine has a vented oil fill cap.It has a dual wall cap with vent holes on the top of inside wall and vent holes in the bottom of the outside wall.
