7000 planter

I got my planter and looks ready to go, it's dry fertilizer and the top plate that holds disc scrapers are a little rusty but I'll see how planter does this season. My questions is my planter has seperate hydraulic hose to markers instead of a Tee fitting at cyclinder, which what is best, should I install a tee or let it the way it is?

If you have two sets of ports on your tractor leave it the way it is.

When lifting to cross waterways or such you can leave the marker down and not have to lift the planter twice to get the correct marker to go back down. Or if you do have to lift the marker at least all you have to do is lift the marker again to get it to switch without lifting the whole planter.

We had our 7000 working off of two levers and it was much more user friendly that way.

Keep it as is, mine is step up that way and is much more user friendly as a guy can control the markers seperatley of the planter.

Thanks for all your thoughts. I have two remotes so I'll leave it as is, probably be lot easier since some of my fields have several point rows.
