7020 brakes

My dads 7020 has been parked for a few years and the brakes are incredibly touchy (like wrap around the steering wheel and hurt your gut touchy). Is this normal?

What type/brand hyd oil is utilized in trans? Has hyd oil ever been contaminated with moisture?

I have no idea. Its one of my late
fathers estate tractors. I want to
drag the wagons around for a few
days then change all fluids and
filters. Are they fussy about
brands of oil?

Any hyd oil that meets or exceeds spec's of J20C is fine. Any oil with 303 on label isn't a good choice.
