7045 engine miss

Got a 7045 with a slight engine Miss. Pretty sure I got it narrowed down to number one cylinder by cracking the injectors one at a time. Seems like number one doesn't spray as much fuel as the rest coming out of the line. I even loosened the line down at the pump and it even seems less there. Is it possible for the injection pump to put out less fuel to one line? Could the fitting coming out of the pump that the line threads on to be clogged?

Not very likely as the same pumping plungers in the pump feed all cylinders. As for being clogged, that could not happen. Easy check is to switch #1 and #2 nozzle and see if the miss stays in that cylinder or moves with the nozzle. Somtimes it can be difficult to isolate with a slight miss. Pull nozzles and have checked is best. Does engine have an even crankcase air blowby? Remove oil filler cap, plug crankcase breather hose and observe air comming out of filler spout. Should an even stream, no puffs of extra air.
