7050 dash warning lights

I need some help from the brain trust.

A good friend has a 7050 Allis. The bank of warning lamps at the top of the dash has recently stopped working. He has asked me to figure out why, and to fix it. He is mainly concerned because it has the transmission and filter warning system. He has already installed aftermarket engine gauges. Looking at the parts manual(he doesn't have a shop manual)I see that it has what is termed a transistor. I opened up the dash(What a pain!!) and it appears that it has several wires that run to the light panel. Am I on the right track, or could there be another cause? Thanks in advance

Step #1 is to determine that all the bulbs are good !!! They are 49 yrs old !! Go from there.

Let's see 50+ years as a journeyman mechanic, yep the bulbs are good, not power to the sockets :) But thanks for the tip.

Good information will get you good responses. Poor information gets you not so helpful responses. Either way, what you got was free.

My 7040 had a circuit board that the bulbs mounted to when I got the tractor that board was all kinds of bad Ag Express was able to rebuild it for me. Not saying thats your issue though.
