706 wheel weights

Hi guys I have a question about wheel weights for my 706, I have 18.4 38 wheels so 38 inch castings what wheel weights will fit and cover most of the casting like in the picture I show,

this is not my tractor, but what wheel weights will fit like that or is there specific weights I should find. Because I’m pulling a plow and just need a little more weight. Thanks

Edit: That information was incorrect, the weight in the photo is two 75 lbs halves. Advance the link parts page to the next diagram for the PN 400087R1 weight. The split is coming off the odd shaped center bolt relief at 11 o’clock position.

Also does not have the gas C263 or the D282 or D310 German diesel that the 706 used.

looks to me like the same split weights i have on my farmall 560.

I thought all of the IH weights were the same.

I thought all of the IH weights were the same.

The H and M used the same type of weight but they were full round one piece, not two half weights which are easier to handle.

I have never heard the "easier to handle" story as being the main reason for the half weights. The half weights can be put on the inside without removing the wheel casting is the reason I was told years ago.

No. There is a few different ones. 5 that I can think of at the moment. Not counting the suitcase weights.

I knew there were the full circle and the half circle type, but thought that was it, pretty much the same. Good to know.
