720 rc power steering fluid/oil what is a good fluid / oil to use on these and how much do they take as the front pedistole and pump have
been rebuilt ???

The power steering AND the tractor Operator's Manual list the oil capacity at 5 quarts.

Some of us prefer to use genuine John Deere power steering oil for tractors prior to 1960, Part Number (AF2253R), others report success with HY-GARD hydraulic and transmission oil, or generic UTF, or even automotive power steering oil. Personally, since you've spent the time and money to overhaul it I would use the genuine DEERE OIL.

wore out is correct. Use John Deere Two-Cylinder Power Steering Oil.. But the JD
part number is AF2235R?? John Deere dealer has quarts on hand.. Good stuff for all these
years...

I have used other oils in the old 2 cylinder Deeres, but I agree with wore out and Jim on Deere oil for a newly rebuilt system. If it was rebuilt right, you won't need to add any more oil for a couple of decades.
