730 Hydraulic Couplings Leaking

On my 730D, I have single remotes on it, and these are leaking. They leak w/ and w/o a hydraulic cylinder plugged in, and leak w/ or w/o the pump turned on. Can you get new couplers that will fit the original holder? Also, I tried unscrewing these from the tractor, and they are on there super tight (I am 6' 240lbs, so not a lightweight by any means). Any suggestions / tips on how to remove? Is it best to unscrew them from just behind the original holder, or just to the left front corner of the seat? How do you remove these from the original holder? Hoses are good going from the couplers to the hard lines.

You need to remove the retaining snap-ring, un-screw it from the hose and replace it and put the snap ring back in place...
