got oil coming threw the exhaust has ben sitting for a year what can i do

Hook a plow to it and get a field ready for spring planting. The exercise will do it good. Probably.

find someone with a dyno and let it sit and run with a load for a hour or so will do it also have done this to a 4020 before that started slobering

Most likely unburned fuel/soot, not oil. Drain fuel, add fresh & injector cleaner. Then proceed as others have stated. Put it to sustained hard work @ 190° +.
