i do i no when i got to much fuel turned to her. it
dont get hot at all, got new pump on her , is there
a certian amount of turns i make on fuel screw.

As I always like to say, keeping turning the screw until the engine blows, and then backup about 1/2 turn. Should be just about right then.

On second thought, why don't you just leave it alone? If the pump shop set it where it's supposed to be, don't you think maybe that is a good thing?

If you had the pump repaired and calibrated at a pump shop... leave it alone. With all due respect... if you have to ask about turning one up, you probably shouldn't.
If you don't know where it's set... see if you can get the tractor on a dyno... set the high idle for 2400... then load it down to 2100... and adjust the fuel to make 85-90 hp. That will be safe.
