what color paint on oliver 77 wheels? mine are kind of a red i tried to match to dupont in my area but can"t

DuPont lists a B8590 red for Oliver 77 wheels <a href="http://www.myimagehosting.com/pic.php?u=3277DmDDV&i=33785">here</a>. Since the code is prefaced by a B, I'm assuming it's a Spectramaster generic red shade and is probably a "best available" match. It seems to be available in about all DuPont and NASON automotive chemistries and is currently noted as being a Chrysler color in the DuPont mixing database. No guarantees, but it's worth a try.

Back when you could get Oliver factory paint at the dealers the local dealer sold IH red across the counter for the Oliver red wheels. That was what he used when repainting tractors in his shop.
