I'm replacing the clutch plates in the PTO which seems to be easily done, now I would like to replace the O rings and I would need some help with that, do I remove that clip ring and remove that gear, is that gear under pressure and needs to be compressed?
Am I overlooking anything?

I solved my problem the thrust washer had wore into the snap ring and was hard to understand what needed to be done
