My grandson has a JD 790. The hitch raises ok but is real slow to lower. I am thinking maybe the hydraulic strainer is clogged. Do y'all have any suggestions ? Is ther a hydraulic filter also that he needs to change? Thanks Tommy

The rate of drop valve needs to be adjussted.round 2 inch nob on the lift housing, between your legs.thread it out to speed drop time

I opened the valve a little more and when my grandson gets home I will tell him to try it. Thanks for the help.
