800 power steering

Can't stop a leak from the shaft behind the drive pulley. I put a new seal in it twice and it still leaks. The shaft looks good and I even got a smaller ID seal, still leaks. Any thoughts

your bearings are worn.
You need to replace both bearings.
And, check that the shaft is within spec.
Then replace the seal.
