Probably going to be tough getting to 5000 with the COM tranny. 5500 is workable pretty easily with pressed steel wheels and narrow front.
 
it doesnt hae the caseomatic any more its got a clutch now and i have made aluminum plates to cover the rear end and top inspection cover im hoping to get even lower than 5000 just have to wait and see i need lots of luck lol
 
That should be doable. My 400 LP is under 5500 with me on it even with floorboards, stock HEAVY LP tank, and heavy 9-bolt hubs. My weight racks and wheelie bars are pretty darn heavy too. I'm a 300 pound driver too! Keep working. You'll get there.
