806 remote levers hanging up

appreciate y’all’s help so far as I get used to my 806. Got the shifter and hydraulic issues straightened out.. now that I can use the front and loader I’m having issues with the two levers that control the remotes getting stuck up or down. I can push on him hard and they snapped back into place, but it makes using the bucket or forks pretty awkward. Took covers off the valve at the back under the seat and sprayed some lube same at the front don’t notice any difference at all. Any of y’all seen this before or have any ideas?

Don’t know what you’re doing , but in many tractors the levers will stay in position when deadheaded to the end. Then the max pressure kicks them out. Got feather them.

Wish I could get video to upload. It’s not that. it is really stiff and snaps in and out only if you really push on it. About halfway into the full stroke up or down on one lever and only on the down side on the other. Does it if tractor is running or not.

There is a way to set the tension that the detent holds the valve in position. I don’t know it for certain. If no one chimes in with it tomorrow I’ll research it and let you know.

Another post explained how to pop round covers off under seat at back.. each valve has a flat head groove to adjust. Tried a turn in and out but it didn’t seem to be affecting it so I left it how I found it.. my guess is this controls flow but not for sure.

I’m not sure if this is the thread you found. Old YT thread on IH remote detent adjustment Sounds like dirt in there might aggravate the stickiness of them.

With those little plugs out at the rear of the valves,spray some of your favorite lube in there until its full. Use the valves for a couple days then turn the flat screw counter clockwise one full turn and try the valves. correct adjustment will hold the handle in place until a cylinder hits the end of its stroke, then should return to neutral. You can adjust them so they don't lock into raise or lower position if you wish. The further you back the screw out the easier the handles will operate but don't remove the screw from the threaded spool otherwise you will have a difficult time getting it back in. The screw adjust the tightness of the detent mechanism which sounds like the issue your having
