What doesn't correspond?

The digital portion of the "serial number" determines the year, 24522.

There is one "gotcha" in looking up International Harvester serial numbers. IH had two "brands" of tractor at that time, FARMALL for the row crop, and INTERNATIONAL for the standard tread. The "F" in the model indicates FARMALL, so you need to look up the serial number on the FARMALL serial number list.

You take the number and compare it to the serial number list provided in the Research area of this site, or on tractordata. Both contain the exact same information:

1964:	4709
1965:	15946
1966:	24038
1967:	34943

You go through the list until you find the first number HIGHER than yours, then move back one year. In your case the first number higher is 34943, which corresponds to 1967. Move back one year, 1966. Your tractor is a 1966 model, probably made in January considering how close your number is to the first number in 1966.

I got it now. I was looking at International numbers instead of Farmall. I'm new to IH. Thanks for all the help.
