I got a 806d low oil pressure ck out and oil pump is at 13000th and book saying 9000th at most where can I get a new one or a rebuild kit caseih don't got any and can't get any

The end clearance should be down in the .0005 to .001" range. It could be the end plate wear, if so flat polishing it on flat glass with 400 grit paper , then using thin gasket/shim to create clearance as above. I found both kits for gaskets and other parts as well as whole pumps using google search for IH 806 oil pumps. (be sure of which engine it has). Jim

Hello Farmalliron welcome to the posting side of YT! I would suggest you contact the parent company of YT, All States Ag Parts 855-530-1460 and inquire with them. If you tried web searching add D361 into your info. I will see if there is a IH kit number that can be used in searches to get more pinpoint results.

Jim, everything you posted probably still applies just wanted to make sure you realized he has an 806 diesel. The oil pump on a D361 is pretty hefty, see link. Used D361 oil pump

there is a relief valve on the diesel you could just shim it up a bit if you can't get a pump. The pressure regulator I believe it is called is not in the pump but rather in another casting. It has been 40 years since I have looked at that so need to look in a service manual for where it is. Seems like it is either in the block by the oil pump or in the casting for the filters. And are you sure it is the oil pump and not an issue of worn bearings ? IF apart look at your cam bearings for wear.

I got 3 oil pump and all about some oil pressure the oil pressure relief valve is on the block it's OK new overhaul on it 15w-40 oil i got o lbs at a idle and 10 lbs at 2200 40 w oil i got when hot 195 degrees. Go 5 lbs at a ible and 22 lbs at 2200
