820 or 830 electric start bracket

Looking for an electric start bracket for my 820 or 830. Found one off a 720 but wondering if they are the same. If not anywhere I can find one at a reasonable price?

I saw this kit for sale in the Green Magazine, if I remember correctly. There is an ad in the magazine and it is from someone who is putting these kits together and offering them for sale.

I got my Green Magazine and went throught it twice before I found the ad. I was beginning to think it was like a lot of other things I try to remember where I saw it or put it, but did find it. This is how it reads:
