820 starting

Was electric start ever offered on an 820?

Parts catalog PC 766 shows electric start became available at serial # 8300000.

Ok not until the 830s....has anyone tried that aftermarket electric start kit?

What is wrong with the cranking engine ? We have three here and would never consider the sacrilege of changing to electric .

Looking at an 820 pony is seized up looking for
other options..I would never go after market if it
never came with electric as an option tractor value
is cut in 1/2
