821 Tractor

Hey guys I found a 821 this one has power steering, 3-point and PTO. Serial # 48**** can't recall all the numbers. has good tin, aftermarket seat, tires 1/2 tread. Just wondering on price range.

According to tractor values on this site they don't have any 821s'listed,but they have had 64 801s' listed over the years for an average "ASKING" price of nearly 4 grand.Of course asking price can be a lot different than "SELLING" price!
GOOD LUCK!

If it is in fact an 821 then some place down the line some one added parts to it since the 821 should not have PTO or 3 point or maybe both but it was easy to add them. As to what it is worth lots of variables come into play on one. Tires, sheet metal, if it runs or if it does not run. How well it runs etc. Could be as low as $300 or so with bad tires and not running up to $4000 is in new condition as in a TRUE and I do mean TRUE restore and if that maybe more

Thanks Guys---going back tomorrow and get serious as to what it has and get an asking price. I know i will have more questions.

Other possibility is that it really was a 871 or 881 that had the SOS swapped out in favor of a junkyard gear tranny from an 821. It which case you would inherit the model number and serial number from the donor tractor.

ditto what old said. few hundred non runner .. up into the 3000$ range if a good runner with good tires, even if a mutt.

( collector won't want a mut.. but a worker? sure.. )

i've got a 950 that is at least 8 different tractors.. some gas, some diesel, some propane.. some from the the rowcrop series.. some from the ag model series. I think the rear center section, NOT including the top cover and the axles are the only original parts to the tractor.. ;) maybee the front pedistal too.. it was beat up darn bad..
