830 brakes again?

My 830 brakes have always locked up. If I use it a lot, they are better but I still fight them. Yesterday I took them apart. Cleaned up the balls and their holes. Blew out any dust and put it back together. Still locks up!! What did I miss?

Thanks in advance

are the balls and seats rusty or dull? how about the three small actuator springs are they stretched out not allowing the unit to retract? if all is correct this can be caused by not having the correct brake pedal free travel if the discs have any oil on them it can cause them to grab also

Case nutty has forgotten more than i will ever knew, but when i do a brake job with those balls and roller's, i use graphite powder, the same stuff we use to add to the corn seed, with the old plate type planter's. What ever, you don't use oil. It keeps the condensation out or absorbes it.
