830 CK Hydraulic problem

830CK Case gas, hydraulics work good when first starting up, after everything warms up there is no hydraulic pressure at all. The pump is almost new. Any ideas?

Some years ago I had a 930CK That had simular problems. I finally tracked the problem to a relief valve that was under the seat deck was sticking. It consisted of a plunger that slides up and down in a cylinder. I would take it apart clean it shine up the plunger and cylinder with emery cloth and it would work like new. This happend three or four times. It's not much of a job to fix. Hope this is your problem and not something serious that might cost a lot. Might give it a try.

Remove your remote valve, and check the back (front side) for cracks.
