830 hydraulic issue

I bought a 830A JohnDeere 3cylinder diesel at a farm auction years back. At that that time it had alot of water in the resivour so it was drained and all new filters put in then . Now the three point has stop lifting I check the pressure with a gauge had no pressure so I figured it was the water back when destroyed the pumps. I have split the tractor and put in a new transmission pump gears blew out all journal's and lines and also put a new high pressure pump on the front, cleaned and rebuilt all relief valves and still is not working. What am I overlooking open to any suggestions this is making drink more than my usual!!

Has hyd oil suction screen been checked/cleaned?

Is the transmission pump sending oil to the front pump? Cracked suction line on the transmission pump? How is the transmission pump driven in an 830, maybe a drive failure.

Yes, Tx Jim I but in a new suction screen and transmission filter.
miangus, it is driven spline shaft to the flywheel. When I put the new pump gears in I check the shaft for damaged splines and check the inside for any wear and everything looked and felt good.
I am also using that high dollar Hydra-Guard that JohnDeere recommends.

Sorry for not getting back sooner but yes I rebuilt the relief valve with all new plunger and spring check it and it wasn't sticking open. There is one more in the relief valve and that is the transmission relief valve but this is one that the kit or parts are obsolete. Is there anyway way a person can somehow rig this transmission valve where it stays close for I really think this is the issue ?
