830 spin on engine oil filter conversion

I have a customer looking for 3 kits to convert his 830 case tractors to spin on oil filters. Do I need a late comfort king? Will a 930 or 1030 setup work or 970/1070? Is there a spacer that is needed make it miss the steering shaft? I have read a little bit about each one but nothing that nobody could confirm or absolutely prove wrong. Thanks for any help!!

I did hear before that you cannot interchange the horizontal and vertical filter bases. Around here finding anything hundred or 30 series for parts is almost not going to happen, never seen another around here with spin on filters like my 1030.
