Would anyone know what the torque for the axle housing bolts would be. I had to remove the left side to repair a leak.

There may be a specified torque but here's what I use.
German: Gutenteit
English: Good and tight

check the sae chart per fastener size and materiel.. IE.. cast iron.

According to the FORD TRACTOR SHOP MANUAL [422 page manual purchased from Yesterdays Tractor]:

Axel to Center Housing--studs: 40-45 Ft Lbs
Axel to Center Housing--nuts: 55-65 " "

Note: After s/n 106387--nuts: 65-70 " "
If equipped with 9/16" nuts: 130-150" "
