841 with 724 Loader keeps chewing drive shafts

If you're not familiar, the 724 loader uses a front mounted hydraulic pump with a drive shaft passing through the front axle to the front engine pulley.

When I operate on level ground, or fixed angle ground, it has worked flawlessly. I moved stone for a friend on his sloped driveway without any issues. But if the front tires are not on the same plane, somehow the drive shaft gets pinched, resulting in the engine pulley hub losing its teeth and the shaft coming unseated from the engine.

Is this typical behavior?
If not, what should I look for as a cause?
Would a pto mounted hydraulic pump solve this problem?

Thank you for your insights and have great day!

Look at your front suspension pivot bushing and bores. The bushing is probably worn pretty heavily, especially if you've had the loader on there for a while. I don't know why Ford didn't make them grease-able. My guess is that bushing is slightly twisted in its bore or possibly out of round so it binds up the pump driveshaft. Pictures would be great too, of the failed parts and the front suspension mount.

I have found it difficult to get good pictures, but here are some I took.
This one is when the shaft is fully seated in the pulley hub. Yes that's a broken weld, maybe in the support assembly?

Yeah, the pictures aren't great, but I know you don't have much room to work with. Looking at the first picture, the weld is concerning and you can see scoring on the inside bore of the bushing where the driveshaft has been riding on it. Something definitely isn't right.

Sure, moving your hydraulic pump to the rear would "fix" your problem, but then you're talking a new or rigged up hydraulic pump, new hoses/rerouting plumbing, extra wear on your PTO, not being able to use another attachment with the pump hooked up, and you didn't fix your actual problem. Fixing the front suspension could be expensive money wise and time wise so if it was me, I'd diagnose it so I know exactly what's going on and keep it on level ground as much as I could for now, haha.

That was made to stay dry to keep grease and dirt from buildingd up on the
pin and acting like a grindstone. Need a new bracket, pivit pin and pushing
and posibly center axle beam. All new parts as every thing is beyond repair.
