I sucked a cedar limb up in the roller and bent that bar that runs horizontal that has the knife on it that cuts that string. It bent far enough that it came loose on the side away from the knife. Question has anyone ever bent that thing back succesfully to make it work again. I guess anything is possible if not how do you get it loose on the knife side. I believe there is a rod or that runs in the wall that works that knife bar. I have the door open on that side and did not see anything. Of course I was a little flustered since the rain was on the horizon and I liked bout 45 min finishing up.

you can straighten them. I rolled two rolls and it cut the string. I t looks a little rough now but I guess as long as it is working who cares right.
