861 drivetrain fluids?

The owners manual calls for 3 different kinds of oil for the tranny, rear end, and hydraulics'. Is there one product that works in all three?

I run a UTF that meets the Ford 134D specs in trans, hyd sump, and rear. Lots of folks run the same fluid in trans, hyd sump, and rear as seals between the chambers may never have been replaced and fluid will intermingle between chambers.

Those original fluid specifications were superseded over the years, and they were all eventually superseded by the Ford/New Holland M2C134D specification. Most UTF fluids on the market today say on the label that they meet or exceed the 134D spec. There are some that are labelled 303, which is an old JD specification, that do not say on the label that they meet the 134D spec, so read the label as some with 303 on the label do meet the 134D spec and others do not.
