861 motor 'stuck'

861 motor only turns about 2/3 to 3/4 the way around. Anyone have a good diagnosis? Had one do this before and a mouse had filled the 4th cylinder full of corn (in one night). Guess I will have to pull the head off this one.

First thing to do is pull the plugs and try to spin it over. As for a mouse filling a cylinder with corn how in the world could it do that since there is almost no way a mouse can enter and engine other then by way of the exhaust and even then how could it get pasts the valve???

I will pull the plugs and see what happens. I did not have the muffler on the 'corn' tractor when the mouse filled the 4th cylinder full of corn. I had gone to the COOP to get a load of deer corn and they always spill a little out in the back of my truck when they miss the tub. In one night the mouse went from the bed of the truck back to the tractor who knows how many times to fill the back cylinder full. It would only turn over about 2/3. We thought it might be the starter -nope. Thought it might be a pebble in the hyd pump - nope. Split the tractor thinking the clutch was stuck (not my idea) - nope. Finally took the head off and corn spilled everywhere. The mouse is no longer with us.
