88 starter

I recently asked if anyone had a part number for a denso gear reduction starter for an 88 oliver, someone replied with part numbers but i have not had any luck locating anything with such a number any more help would be great.

I think it is the one that fits a 5.9 cummins in a ford school bus. We have one on a 77. I saw one on a Moline he had made a plate to fit. then ground the one off the starter. and welded his homade one to the starter. I will try to look and find the no's tomorrow. and post it to you.

Ebay item #160201620584. I bought a couple form these guys over the past few years and they have worked fine so far. Can't have an old one rebuilt for the price!!

There is not any no's on the starter. I think it will also fit a 1655 etc. Cody is right we got it from ebay
