8n canopy

So our ol 8n is getting used by my 9yr to take hay this year. Looking for something to give her shade. Anyone seen a canopy for it? Universal ?

Fball, Red Rock Manufacturing has an umbrella holder (redrockmfg.com under misc) and you can get an umbrella from Heritage Farm Power (tractorumbrellas.com ). I bought the bracket from Red Rock and a curved hanger style umbrella for my 8N and it works great (but not cheap!)

I have a canopy on my 8N and an umbrella on my 860. both are available from most farm/implement stores. The canopy requires holes drilled in the fender for the brackets. The umbrella doesn't stand up to wind very well.

We used a 4 foot round umbrella(from NAPA, NLA)for years until the fabric wore out and no replacement was
available. I was looking at small patio umbrellas the other day to adapt to my 8Ns. I rigged up a
used golf cart roof on my 5105 for less than $30. I have tried two of the square ROPS umbrellas(
now over $100)on my JDs but lost them quickly to tree branches.
