8N Electrical

Anyone know where i can get the "metal tube" that runs over the engine and down the front,(for protecting elect & plug wires). Ytmag states part not available new. Interested in purchasing used OR need dimensions and photos so i can build new one. Thanks.

You say 8N, the 8n never had the tube for the wires.

Haveing trouble running plug wires from front dist. They keep get'n caught into drive belt. Tried wire ties but looking for a cleaner/ neater look. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm think'in you meant to say "the SIDE MOUNT distributor 8N's had no tube for the sparkplug wires".

wwildhorse2k made one that looks great. He has picture of it on his tractor that is open and easy to see. Had a exhaust shop bend a pipe for him and he took it from there. If you see him post, ask about it. He offered to talk to me about making one, but old had one. The post is about 8-10 pages back if you can find. HTH, Bob
