This is the strange request of the day!

When I bought my 51 8N,with loader,it had some damage to the front end as evidenced by the crooked loader frame and welded front grill. The front grill had been welded to the side dog legs tokeep it in place because it was too bent latch properly. I've finally gotten aroung to fixing this and restoring to what it is supposed to be but need help with a measurement.

Can someone tell me the length between the pins at the bottom edge of the grill and the top edge of the grill. My tractor is 100 miles away on my property and I'm trying to fix this at home.

Thanks in advance for your help.

20 9/16" to the top of the hole at the bottom to the top of the top pin. Your mileage may vary. HTH

Thanks for the help and pics, I'll see if that works. Unfortunately I won't be able to test it until I get back up to my property where the tractor resides.
