8N Grilles

I bought a grille for my 8N from sunny California. When I unpacked it, it turned out to be a very nice straight original looking 9-2N style. Other than the spring-loaded retainer pins in the top corners, are there any substantial differences between this and an 8N grille?

In my experience, they are the same size and once installed look better than a poorly made repop. They have the two holes in the center bar for the Ferguson badge. They are much more difficult to install because of the pins vs the spring device. And they will not tilt out for easy access to the front of the radiator. I saw a very good 8N grill on ebay yesterday (no connection to the item or seller, etc).
