8N Power Unit

I have a Ford model 4-12 power unit , the engine seems to be the same as an 8N side distributor , it has a magneto instead
, The head need to be put back on and so do 2 valves , there are a several new parts and it looks like it has been kept
inside , does anyone have any idea of the value?

Hard to say what it is worth, probably scrap price at the low end. I have one of those in my 8n. Love the magneto. Mine has a front distributor style mag drive. I do have another magneto made for the side mount distributor block. Without knnowing what the cylinders look like and what the bearing look like and not running. I would say scrap price.
