8N whining

Yesterday's Tractor Forums
It's the governor. I took it off and started it just long enough to listen and no whine. SO it's 1 of 2 things -

1. Bad bearings
2. When the case was sanded down it offset things.

So I'll get some gaskets and a rebuild kit,

It's getting plenty of oil.
 
It was the governor. I bought some gaskets and put three on it to account for the cover being sanded on face and no morewhining.
