part number 8N539B - draft control spring - the longer one

My spring is corroded and about to break and I can not get an accurate pounds of pressure at 3-9/16" on my compression spring tester. Anyone know what that spring pressure should be? Fastenal has springs but they need to know spring rate per inch. Or is there another good replacement.
