930 case

i have a 930 that i put 1030 pistons in it now has a knock its on #4 have had it out and check 3 times still has the knock five years now no worse and know better any ideas what might be wrong Jerry

Did you check the piston fit? Cast iron, or aluminum pistons? I have a DC that does that. .050" feeler gauge fits in beside the piston. My pistons are aluminum so it quiets down considerably when it warms up.

yes i have check all clearance pistons are aluminum restpins have been recheck rods check when it warms up gets quiter every thing has was balance rods redone Jerry
