930 starter

what model case would be best to replace my 66 930 ck starter,seem to hear 930 starter where not so good .1966 ck 6-speed diesel

We modify gear starters off of Toyota trucks., but then we are a bit far away. I hear the 70 series starters are better, however we feel that the 900,800 starters with the bendix spring hold up better. LOL!
