941 block heater?

This is on a 1030 but Im looking to do the same thing. Any suggestions on how to get the plug out. I already broke one wrench trying. Can a guy safely put some heat to the block to get the plug to turn out?

Neat trick I learned,, drain the system/block at least below the plugs height,, heat the plug Cherry red walk away until its cold to the touch it should turnout with ease,, the steel plug will swell the cast just enough to break the thread lock, I like to heat it red pull torch away a few seconds then reheat plug a few times to make sure the heat goes through it for sure, remember do not try turning it until its COLD/cool to the touch before trying to turn it,, if its a square head or has a damaged hex you can weld a nut to it through the hole in the nut,, again make sure its Red let cool until COLD and remove

I was not thinking of a gas/LP engine,, those I do not know if they had the ports to install them,, they can just have a tank heater installed, one hose the block drain and I like to use a port on the water manifold, the temp sending unit port can be used by added a tee so the sender and the heater can both be installed
